greatest day(one of the songs i the take that song book)

today has been my favourite day so far this year. I finally got my own guitar and two song books as well. (take that and Adele.) it is snowing outside my house and so far it is about an inch deep.
here in London it doesn't snow very often as we have a very large amount of pollution which makes it usually to hot to snow, although we still feel the cold.
i have a very draughty house so i get it bad.
this was an exceptionally brilliant day as i bought my guitar (as i said), i got new gloves and when i got home it began to snow so it is a wonderfully christmasy scene. i don't mind the lateness. the fact that we got the snow at all is all that is relevant.
i am sitting here in my bedroom, looking out my window, sipping cocoa and writing this (don't tell me i can't multi-task) feeing very content with the world.
when i sit in my draughty Victorian house, and watch the snowflakes pass my window, i realise how lucky i am. i mean, tomorrow i am going to visit my friend who mum just died of cancer, and my granddad who just had a kidney operation and can no longer consume proper food, and i think to my self that having a draughty house isn't to bad after all. at least i have a house, and it's a pretty large one in all. i also think that there are probably people watching the same snow flakes as i am and feeling not so pleased that they are falling, people that are now going to have a tough night ahead of them.
so next time you see snow and you feel happy, just think to yourself how lucky you are to be able to feel happy at snow. unless of course it doesn't make you feel happy. if so, please comment and tell me why.
any way, good night everyone, I'll make sure mine's a warm one.
